Title: EVM delivers to AVIS Car Rental

This year Kilbeggan based, EVM, secured a contract with Avis Car Rental in the UK to supply new shuttle buses. Delivery of the first three took place this week. The shuttle buses are to work between Avis main holding depot and the main terminals in Heathrow Airport.

Specification includes:

They are equipped with electric sliding doors. 10 Politecnica Rally seats with 3 point belts, Small luggage pen beside driver for drop bags, Large 2 tier luggage pen behind driver. Saloon and In Dash Air Conditioning, Automatic gear box, Full height grab rails at entry door, Interior lights with night lights. The new vehicles will now be branded in Avis new corporate livery.
