Official Irish Dealer appointed - BMC Plc are delighted to announce the appointment of BMC Coach Sales Ireland as their Irish dealer for BMC products. BMC Coach Sales based in Cork will offer a full sales and after sales facility for all their BMC customers. At the official signing of contracts this week in Coventry Roy Kearney stated "We are delighted to be offically appointed BMC Dealer for Ireland. For a while now current BMC customers in Ireland had no local dealership for parts , warranty and after sales. From November 1st we will have a stock of parts for the BMC products; School Bus, Probus, Karisma and the new Nifty".

BMC Nifty
The Nifty as a 7.4m, 25-seater with a large coolbox positioned between the courier seat and the first pair of nearside passenger seats, or as a straight 27 seater. The seats are leather trimmed recliners manufactured by Grammer – which are both attractive and comfortable. The chassis is an in-house BMC product which features a Cummins ISBe four cylinder engine rated at 160bhp and currently meeting Euro 4+ emissions requirements. It is coupled to a ZF six speed manual gearbox and comes with a multi-stage electromagnetic retarder as standard. Other standard equipment includes air conditioning and a DVD player and monitor screen.

BMC Karisma
The Karisma as a 9m, 35-seater midi coach. Features include: 35 reclining seats with 3point seta belts, UK Cummins 6.7 Litre, 6 cyclinder, 250bhp engine, ZF fully automatic gearbox, power steering, full air suspension, carrier Sutrak air conditioning,, DVD player, Radio/CD, pa system, cool box and double glazing.
